Adoptly.in shall not be responsible or liable for any of the following: Illness, injury, or death of a pet after adoption or purchase, Misrepresentation of pet details by shelters or sellers,Any disputes between buyers and shelters,Veterinary issues occurring before or after adoption.Once a pet is handed over to the adopter, all responsibility transfers to the adopter and the shelter involved in the transaction. Adoptly.in does not provide any warranty or guarantee regarding the health or lifespan of animals listed on the platform.

6. Shelter / Seller Responsibility

Shelters or individuals listing animals on Adoptly.in agree that: All information provided is accurate and truthful. Animals listed comply with Indian animal welfare laws. They are fully responsible for the pet's health, vaccination, and documentation. They will handle all post-adoption communication with adopters Adoptly.in shall not be liable for any damages, claims, losses, or disputes arising from these listings.

7. User Responsibility

Users who adopt or purchase pets through the platform acknowledge that: They are responsible for verifying pet health and documents. They should personally inspect the pet before adoption. They assume all risks associated with adoption or purchase. Adoptly.in encourages responsible pet ownership but does not guarantee any listing.

8.Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Adoptly.in, its owners, employees, partners, or affiliates be liable for: Loss or death of animals, Veterinary expenses, Fraud or misinformation by shelters, Any indirect or consequential damages, By using this platform, users agree that Adoptly.in acts only as an intermediary listing service.

9.Legal Claims

If any dispute arises between a buyer/adopter and a shelter/seller, the matter must be resolved directly between the two parties involved. Adoptly.in shall not be a party to any such disputes. Users agree that no legal claim, lawsuit, or compensation request shall be made against Adoptly.in for issues arising from third-party listings.

10. Removal of Listings

Adoptly.in reserves the right to:Remove any listing that violates animal welfare laws, Suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraud or abuse, Cooperate with law enforcement if required.

Adoptly.in may collect:Name, Phone number, Email, Location, Listing details. This information is used only to facilitate communication between shelters and adopters. We do not sell user data with third parties without consent, except where required by law.
